Insert the independent Entertainment Company Goodthyme Click/MaxaMusic Group. Gaining a reputation within the music industry marketing for top notch production, marketing and management of A-list talented such as The Sugarhill Gang, Tifa, Meryl Carter, Jhonni Blaze and more, Goodthyme Click/MaxaMusic Group released independently a series of singles to an infectious riddim known as the “Weapon Riddim”.
“Ben R Ova” by Jimmy Cozier is a rhythmic R&B and dancehall hybrid destined to be a summertime groove. Jimmy Cozier known for the smash hit record “She’s All That I Got” released in 2001, lends his vocals to the “Weapon Riddim”. Originally released and distributed to Caribbean deejays and radio stations across the world and began to bubble within the Caribbean market but never officially released.
Produced by Sean “Due” Lashley and Jessie Samuel Shatkin the “Weapon Riddim” has an undeniable baseline accompanied by an iconic horn sample from the great Albert Collins the instrumental immediately grabs the listeners attention with the inescapable compulsion to dance.

In May of 2024“Woman” by Beenie Man was released to the delight of reggae and dancehall fans worldwide and now fans of Jimmy Cozier get to experience his unique vocal stylings and songwriting style on this infectious musical backdrop.
